Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime for Free through the members area at www.gtpilawncare.net / Login / wallet / current subscriptions / cancel. We do not issue refunds for weather related issues, rain, lightening and so on. Our policy at Gtpi Lawncare is to ether skip that mow on Weekly or Biweekly Subscriptions or return to mow Delayed service on the next possible day the crews schedule permits considering the customers needs as well as the overall health and apperance of the Lawn. We do not change the already scheduled Day or date of last service. It continues on as if it was mowed on regularly scheduled subscription date even if it was skipped.
